Karen Delk, M.Sc., is an executive coach with over 25 years of experience supporting and developing individuals and leaders in Fortune 50 organizations and non-profit organizations to reach their highest potential. Her expertise includes organizational design, strategic planning, change management, executive coaching, talent acquisition, and talent development for next-generation leaders. Karen has held progressive human resource roles where she consulted with mid-level and senior leaders across diverse lines of business to establish sustainable change. Today, Karen consults and coaches leaders: helping them create and champion their strategic vision, mission, and goals to meet the business imperatives.
Her work with global leaders has given her keen insight on what companies seek in executive leadership. Karen is a member of the Yale University School of Management Executive Education Program providing coaching on leadership skills, personal authenticity, and other essentials for success. She also provides group coaching to women from a variety of industries.
She is married, and she is a proud mom of three young adults. She is active in her community and serves on several boards including as a board member for the Princeton YWCA, and she is an advisor for the Paul Robeson House of Princeton, and the Institute for the Wonderful Working Women for Empowerment.
