Jason Collins is an executive coach with a deep understanding of leadership in complex, high-performance organizations, developed over a 23-year career in investment management. He works with senior leaders to strengthen their communication, confidence, emotional intelligence, executive presence, and overall leadership impact.
Jason spent 19 years with a global investment management firm, serving in leadership roles across client services, trading, and talent development. During the latter part of his corporate career, he moved into human resources, where he focused on leadership and talent development. In this capacity, he designed and delivered coaching initiatives, facilitated leadership workshops, and supported high-potential leaders as they prepared for greater responsibilities.
Jason’s coaching helps leaders develop a clear, authentic voice and increase their effectiveness across their organizations. He supports clients as they navigate leadership transitions, build confidence, manage conflict, strengthen important relationships, and communicate with greater clarity and influence. His extensive experience within financial services gives him a practical understanding of the pressures senior leaders face in demanding, highly regulated, and results-driven environments.

Jason holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is accredited at the Senior Practitioner level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. He is also certified in a range of psychometric and leadership assessment tools, including EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, Core Strengths, HBDI, Hogan Assessments, and Risk Type Compass.
