The core of our business is Executive Coaching: one on one leadership development that propels executives (typically Director through C-level) to their next level of leadership by addressing their personal developmental challenges. Through creating a new awareness about themselves, these leaders learn to identify for themselves ways to continually grow and adapt to the ever-changing challenges they face. Those engagements start with a 360 Leadership Assessment to determine the executives strength and growth areas: we do either a qualitative 360 (stakeholder interviews) or a quantitative 360 (The Leadership Circle Profile.)
For managers, we adapt our Executive Coaching programs to the specific needs of emerging leaders in our From Management to Leadership and Communication Programs. These grow managers’ Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence and Communication Skills while providing organizations a cost effective way to train large numbers of managers.
Our team of certified, expert coaches provide stellar service to clients throughout the country. While we serve many of our Executive Coaching clients virtually, we are proud to be on the ground in New York City, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Richmond, VA, Baltimore, Seattle, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Chicago and San Diego.
Our Executive Coaches also travel to our clients throughout the world, especially when those clients have need of dynamic speakers or retreat facilitators. Whether it’s a talk on Executive Presence, Time Management or Coaching Skills for Managers or facilitating a leadership team in their trust-building, communication patterns or company strategy, our coaches utilize their high level listening and powerful questions to motivate teams and inspire new, focused action.
