Those engagements start with a 360 Leadership Assessment to determine the executives strength and growth areas: we do either a qualitative 360 (stakeholder interviews) or a quantitative 360 (The Leadership Circle Profile.)
For managers, we adapt our Executive Coaching programs to the specific needs of emerging leaders in our From Management to Leadership and Communication Programs. These grow managers’ Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence and Communication Skills while providing organizations a cost effective way to train large numbers of managers.
