As leadership coaches, we often reflect on trends that are emerging with our clients. One trend that is emerging in my conversations recently is that of having sticky notes on computers with quotes to help remind us to stay true to ourselves. They are visual reminders that redirect us when we veer away from how we want to show up and help us lean into the leader we want to be.
We, too, as coaches continue to do our own work and have them too! Here are some that are on my desktop to remind myself or that I share frequently with others:
