As a former C-Suite leader, Mitzi leverages her 25+ years of experience with Fortune 50 Companies to pursue her passion of helping organizational leaders achieve optimal performance and sustainable growth, while living rewarding lives. Having lived and worked in most regions of the U.S., she understands marketplace dynamics, has had significant experience managing P&Ls, and has run large, cross-functional, matrixed, and geographically dispersed teams. Her Advisory Board work with a global franchise company, enables her to provide additional insight and deeper perspective for those working in growth companies and/or more entrepreneurial divisions or businesses.
