Kevin Ciccotti is a Certified Professional Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. For over a decade, he has coached leaders from middle management to the C-suite in small-medium size businesses up to Fortune 500 companies. He has worked with clients across many industries including financial services, technology and IT, manufacturing, gaming, mining, and water purification systems.
Kevin worked for more than 25 years for a $2.5 billion global leader in gaming manufacturing, with 16 years in management as part of the Product Development organization. Today, he works with organizational leaders to help them develop the interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence needed to more effectively lead their teams, including the often-overlooked ability to build strong relationships that lead to trust and sustain the team.

Kevin also specializes in working with Project Managers to help them influence their teams and become more effective leaders. He has spoken at numerous PMI (Project Management Institute) events, including two PMI Global Congresses, and multiple regional leadership events. Kevin teaches his groundbreaking class at the University of Nevada, Reno, as part of their Project Management Certificate Program, and it has become one of the most popular and highly rated classes in the program
