Prior to joining the consulting world, Sharon spent ten years as a Senior Vice President of Administration and Director of Human Resources and then served as Chief Operating Officer for an international service firm.
Sharon chairs the Leadership & Professional Development Committee for a national trade association, and has developed the 2016 Leadership Forum, a year-long series of workshops, focused on developing and inspiring, confident leaders. Sharon is a frequent panelist and speaker on subjects of Leadership & Career Development and her research studies and articles have appeared in industry and business publications.

As Co-Chair of CREW Network Industry Research Committee, Sharon led the effort that resulted in the development of Women in Commercial Real Estate –Benchmark Study, conducted in partnership with Cornell University. Ranked in the top 10% of speakers and educators globally, Sharon has been the recipient of the CoreNet Global Luminary Award and of the Real Estate Journal the Impact Award – for Woman with Greatest Impact on the Real Estate Industry.
Sharon holds a M.A. Communications from New York University and a B.A. from Bar Ilan University. She received training as a Leadership Coach from The School of Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University. Sharon delivers Everything DiSC workshops to individuals and teams and is certified in a wide range of assessment tools, including, The Leadership Circle Profile, The Hogan Assessment, Emotional Intelligence Assessment EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360. and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®. Sharon has earned the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC), the highest level distinction from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
