Roberto is a Certified Professional Coach & Facilitator specializing in the transition from expert to leader. Focused on clients in the high-tech, bio-tech and banking industries, the essence of his work is to facilitate self-growth by helping his clients identify the core challenges and setbacks, so that they can overcome them with confidence.
With a 15-year corporate background as a consultant in software development and project management for high-tech and financial organizations, Roberto understands people with an analytical/technical mindset and the challenges they face. With a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting, and through years of classroom facilitation and coaching, he gained extensive experience helping technical experts build emotional intelligence and obtain the essential leadership skills needed to succeed.
He has worked with leaders from Oracle, ASML, United Nations World Food Program, ServiceSource, Nestle, Airbnb, Storyzon, Dale Carnegie and from countries in Europe, United States, China, South East Asia, Africa and Central America. This diverse background has familiarized him with the multi-cultural environments that are representative of today’s high-tech industry. Roberto is Italian, born and raised in the French Alps of Switzerland; he is fluent in Italian, French and has a moderate command of Spanish.
Roberto has volunteered in medical missions in Africa and Asia. He enjoys hiking in solitude, as well as adventurous motorcycle rides or relaxing his mind while painting.
