Neal delivers executive coaching, leadership, OD and meeting facilitation to senior and rising talent. Neal helps clients meet and exceed challenges that limit their ability to perform, engage appropriately, manage priorities, develop new skills, accelerate performance, align execution with strategy, grow the organization, and motivate teams.
Neal works with senior executives—helping them to discover practical new approaches that range from the subtle nuance of interpersonal interaction and accountability to the more visible broad strokes of executive leadership. He brings unique ability to establish trust and strong engagement, encouraging clients to influence and lead effectively throughout the matrix. Neal is wired for results and his enthusiasm rubs off on his clients, making them willing to step out of their comfort zones, take new risks, and achieve results that eclipse anything they have ever achieved before. Starting in sales, Neal moved up through the ranks in a variety of roles with such brands as Honeywell and Esselte Pendaflex. He knows what it means (and feels like) to be on the firing line. As a senior executive leading sales and marketing functions, he led comprehensive change management initiatives that drove innovation, reset roles, expectations and interdependencies.
Neal has significant experience working in multi-cultural organizations with a diverse range of middle managers and executives originating from other cultures. In these environments, diversity and inclusion programs and strategies are a common need that Neal works to implement in a facilitation and consulting capacity. He is able to quickly gain the respect and confidence of his clients by arming them with new influencing skills that are relevant and applicable to success in their particular culture. Most importantly, Neal helps leaders recognize the perceptual blinders that can limit the ability to execute, reinforce trust, and strengthen the agile performance that is so crucial for success at the senior level.
With executive teams, Neal facilitates one-off and ongoing processes to align, motivate and improve agility and interdependence. He addresses decision-making, role clarity, skill building and working through conflict by focusing the change conversations on real time business issues and needs. Readiness and accountability for embracing positive change are at the heart of Neal’s work.
Neal holds an MBA from Syracuse University in Marketing / Innovation and a BS from The College of New Jersey.
