Megan’s skills were honed as the Director of Organizational Development for AlixPartners, an award-winning, industry-leading global consulting firm. Here she creatively addressed executive learning and development opportunities, designed and delivered High Impact Efforts (HIE) to engage, retain, and recruit under represented minorities, coordinated change management interventions, and advanced strategic communication plans for M&As across a variety of industries and business sectors. She received multiple awards during her tenure.
As the Senior Program Manager of the Center for Creative Leadership, she managed a $1.5M portfolio of custom client coaching and leadership programs and created comprehensive, high quality, high touch programs and coaching events.
Megan is dedicated to translating critical business objectives into tailored programs and coaching engagements that introduce, guide, and sustain learnings through the challenges of change and potentiality of the future.
