Linda has over 25 years of experience in developing and implementing approaches for improving executive and organizational effectiveness. She has been coaching leaders since 1994, first as an internal coach and then since 2002 as an external coach. She has worked with large, mid-size, and small companies in varied industries. She is particularly effective in helping leaders address style issues (e.g., collaboration, conflict management, EQ, developing/coaching) that impact their own effectiveness and that of their teams, and in working with driven leaders to focus that drive on developing themselves to be the best leader possible.
Linda has developed and facilitated a variety of team development sessions and series of sessions with leadership teams and intact work groups, resulting in stronger team performance. Linda has also managed large and small-scale employee surveys, from the initial stages of survey development to feeding back the results and action planning, bringing about sustainable improvements. She has worked with companies in financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, professional services, not-for-profit, and others.
