Art Marble 21

Art Marble Co. opened for business in 1921 selling premium granite and stone. Today, it’s Art Marble 21, a chic restaurant and bar housed in one of the longest standing buildings in the Pacific Northwest.

Art Marble 21 mixes flavorful craft cocktails and delicious and creative tapas. Upstairs in the private Mason’s Loft, Art Marble’s offerings come to you.

The building’s 10,000-square-foot upper floor, has “way better than your typical ballroom” written all over it. Natural hardwood floors, loft ceilings, and gorgeous views of South Lake Union set a one-of-a-kind, swanky ambience. Fixtures like billiards tables, innovative art, and brick pillars are grounds for mixing and mingling. Plus, full access to the bar and kitchen downstairs make it easy to incorporate knock-out in-house catering.

Fremont Foundry

Hosting your corporate gathering in one of Fremont Foundry’s industrial, eclectic, and polished spaces is the furthest you can get from ho-hum. The foundry’s soaring ceilings, multiple floor levels, and original mezzanine walkways create interest and a grand feel, while a mix of hard and soft, innovative and factory-era elements like the Atrium’s regal chandelier hung from an industrial hook, make compelling contrasts.

Another space available for company celebrations at the Foundry is the Penthouse and Rooftop Terrace. Overlooking North Seattle, the Penthouse and Rooftop Terrace makes a fantastic outdoor space for an open-air cocktail reception or seated dinner under the stars.

Sole Repair Shop

Sole Repair Shop first served as a functioning shoe repair workshop in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Today, you can book the space as a unique venue for corporate events, weddings, and private parties. The Sole Shop’s 1,800 square feet of space and open floor plan setup make a highly versatile canvas for your event.

Inside, much of Sole Repair Shop’s surroundings are flavored by warm wood and cool steel. Sky-high ceilings and exposed beams add an industrial flair and relaxed feel to the space. There’s even a fully functional vintage garage door you can use to bring the outdoors in.

The Sole Repair Shop team offers full event planning assistance with farm-to-table catering and a head coordinator provided for your event.
