Before joining Arden Coaching, Heather played a pivotal role in the global delivery of leadership, DEI, and manager development programs across a variety of industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, and education. Heather specializes in aligning program execution with business objectives, optimizing service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure organizations achieve measurable success through impactful learning experiences.
At Arden, Heather leads the Client Success function, overseeing the seamless execution of 200+ executive coaching and leadership development programs. She partners with clients to ensure their success, collaborates with internal teams to enhance program delivery, and drives continuous improvement in service excellence.
