Andy Schumacher, brings over 20 years of international strategic management experience in areas of organizational development, academia, marketing, and sales.   Certified at the PCC level by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he provides evidence-based management coaching for international executives and senior managers.

Andy is grounded in Carl Roger’s principles of congruence, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.  He focuses on creating coaching relationships designed to encourage meaningful and challenging dialogue, creating critical awareness and insight, developing new knowledge and skills, and ultimately propelling personal and professional growth.

During the sessions, Andy is determined to help the client:
