Amanda brings a unique mix of experience, education and skill to her coaching. Her MBA and prior leadership roles help her to understand how companies function and the importance of business impact. She supports individuals and teams on their path to growth, focusing on people and relationships, team member skills and organizational culture. As a coach, Amanda is authentic, honest and insightful. Her deep listening and powerful questions allow clients to see things from different perspectives, learn more about themselves, and reach their goals.
With a Masters in OD and 20 years of experience training and facilitating at companies such as Talbots and IBM, Amanda understands how individuals and groups work, learn, change and grow. She designs and facilitates events such as strategy meetings, workshops, and corporate meetings. Experiences are designed for different learning styles. She utilizes and delivers programs that include tools or models such as SDI, MBTI, DISC, Leadership Circle and CCL’s assessment suite.
Amanda has over 15 years of experience in special projects and change management, mostly focused in Marketing, Communications and Strategy. She has held internal and external consulting roles, and has experience in learning and development, organizational development and communications and worked as an internal manager at firms such as IBM, Fidelity, Microsoft, and Talbots. Amanda has significant experience with non-profits and internationally, with expertise in recognizing, adjusting to, and navigating various cultural norms.
