Steve Kullback partners with leaders from disparate backgrounds who share common goals: organizational excellence, leadership effectiveness, and personal fulfilment. He is particularly focused on individuals and teams leading in international and multicultural settings.
Steve serves clients in a number of industries including, professional services, financial services and institutions, international organizations, pharma/biotech, manufacturing, and technology. He has lived and worked in Asia, Europe, and Australia, and has coached individuals and teams from more than 40 countries.
Steve’s clients are managing business-critical strategic initiatives, or are leaders who are making transitions in their careers. They realize that just doing the same thing better and faster will not create the value they are looking for.
Steve works with his clients to fully engage the complex – often competing – demands facing leaders:
- He understands the reality of business and is practical and strategic. He supports clients to create results by executing on critical priorities, while also focusing on their vision for the future.
- Leaders have to deliver, but great leadership is more than just what you do. He supports clients in clarifying and realizing who they are as leaders.
- He is direct without being directive. Steve is authentic and truthful. He challenges his clients and draws on his experience to help provide perspective. And, he works with them to create their own vision and to own their own results.
- Previously, Steve was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He developed and lead best-in-class global leadership development programmes to develop leaders with the ability to excel in the complex, global world. He coached executives and emerging leaders from across the globe and helped cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary teams reach their true potential.
Steve has a master’s in International Affairs (International Management) from the School of Global Policy & Strategy (University of California, San Diego). He has a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University. Steve is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and earned his Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University.
