Sheeba Varghese is a Professional Certified Coach providing leadership development to men and women who desire to bridge the gap from simply managing day-to-day to becoming exceptional leaders. She is a firm believer that “although our lives are a series of defining moments, it is not the moment that defines us, but how we choose to live in them.” She brings more than 20 years of experience working with individuals to her coaching, including a background of more than seven years as a certified K-12 teacher.
Leaders working with Sheeba learn that behaviors supported by critical shifts in their mindset are vital for sustainable change. Utilizing a coaching style that is direct, intuitive, supportive, and encouraging, leaders are challenged to make changes that would make positively impact their leadership, motivation, self-awareness, communication, relationships, perceptions and accountability within the professional environment. Sheeba has worked with clients across a broad range of industries including sales, financial services, media, insurance, non-profits, solopreneurs, journalism, social services and communications.
