Prior to joining the consulting world, Sharon spent ten years as a Senior Vice President of Administration and Director of Human Resources and then served as Chief Operating Officer for an international service firm.
Sharon chairs the Leadership & Professional Development Committee for a national trade association, and has developed the 2016 Leadership Forum, a year-long series of workshops, focused on developing and inspiring, confident leaders. Sharon is a frequent panelist and speaker on subjects of Leadership & Career Development and her research studies and articles have appeared in industry and business publications.

Ranked in the top 10% of speakers and educators globally, Sharon has been the recipient of the CoreNet Global Luminary Award and of the Real Estate Journal the Impact Award – for Woman with Greatest Impact on the Real Estate Industry.
Sharon hold a M.A. Communications from New York University and a B.A. from Bar Ilan University. She received her training as a Leadership Coach from School of Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), International Coach Federation (ICF).
