A client-focused influencer with a passion to maximize potential, Micki has the ability to establish rapport, build and sustain solid relationships across functions, units and levels.
Micki obtained her Masters of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior – Organizational Development Concentration and Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University, Lisle, IL. The International Coach Federation credentialed Micki as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) in 2001. Micki graduated from Coach U and is a licensed facilitator for Corporate Coach U. She is Master Coach certified in LINKAGE’s Coaching Leaders Certificate program. She holds many certifications in Learning and Performance, Organizational Development and various assessment tools. She has debriefed hundreds of 360° Leadership and co-created Individual Leader Development Plans.
Micki has Published 17 Articles and a book: Real World Career Development Strategies that WORK! As former President of Association for Talent Development ATD (largest global chapter located in Chicago), along with her team, are most proud of turning the organization around for the first time in six years. Micki also is on the board for CODIC – Community for OD in Chicago and also belongs to the International Coach Federation.
