— I.H., Vice President, Beauty

Gilly coaches ambitious people who want to play a bigger game and inspire and motivate their teams. Through her no-nonsense coaching, Gilly helps executives tap into their strengths, harness their passion to reach their goals, and make decisions that empower them and, ultimately, their organizations. She challenges her clients to stretch beyond their comfort zone, assumptions, and any self-limiting beliefs, tune in, and become more aware of their impact—both the intended and unintended.

Gilly has coached across cultures and countries since 2005. Her coaching career evolved organically from a 15-year career in communication, with a focus in internal communications within companies. Gilly has coached leaders, entrepreneurs, lawyers, journalists, Directors and Presidents, Senior European civil servants (European Commission, Council of Europe, EU Parliament), MBA students, high-potentials in numerous organizations and industries.

She has also coached high-level leadership teams in different countries and trained managers on coaching skills. Her expertise in intercultural coaching, and her transatlantic life, led her to focus on American executives working in Europe and on European executives and their multicultural teams, in the US. Her interest in gender balance issues has also led her to coach and train senior executive women on career management and leadership issues. Her ongoing interest and training in new tools and approaches continue to add depth and color to her playful, action-based coaching approach. Gilly coaches and mentors younger coaches as part of her commitment to raising the bar for the coaching industry. Gilly is known for her capacity to connect people all over the world, for her perceptiveness, and for her fierce yet warm coaching style, combining curiosity, irreverence and commitment to her clients’ potential, values and ambitions.
