A pragmatic and experienced executive coach, Amy listens deeply, asks the challenging questions, and helps business leaders identify what they want to adapt and how to quickly move toward that vision.
Amy helps her clients create the changes they desire in a variety of situations, including: effectively managing a newly merged team whose roles and responsibilities overlap, navigating difficult peer-level relationship tensions, improving team morale and motivation, managing stress and pressure more effectively, improving relationships with senior leaders, and developing strategic approaches to their new responsibilities.
Amy has coached leaders in a wide variety of organizations including ASPCA, Apollo, Barclays, Broadridge, CBS, Cisco, Cresilon, DTCC, Endeavor, Goldman Sachs, illy, LA Capital, McKesson, and Ralph Lauren, to name a few.
Amy’s formative leadership experience was with the American Express Company where she held increasingly senior leadership roles in a range of functional areas over her eleven-year tenure, including: Customer Service, Finance, Six Sigma, Client Management, Marketing and Interactive Development. While there, Amy won the highly prestigious Service Establishment (SE) Excellence award for her work in Client Management, which is awarded to less than 5% of employees. Most recently, Amy was a Principal at the global consulting firm, rogenSi, where she was responsible for annual revenue generation of $1.5MM with a target of 40% gross margin, hiring and developing contract-based facilitators and coaches and the strategic use of a $500k resourcing budget. Over her career, Amy has led teams that range in size from three to fifteen professionals. Amy currently serves as the President and Board Chair for the Organization Development Network of New York (ODN New York), a community of leading edge OD practitioners in New York City.
